This is done when making a reservation, placing an order in our webshop and/or subscribing to our newsletter. We also process your data for the purpose of obtaining government subsidies.

The storage of the data we collect through Google Analytics is owned by Google and is done in the EU or US under US jurisdiction. This storage is retained for 14 months.

We store the data we collect through our ticket sales and booking system in our database for 7 years. We do this because it is the only way we can make anonymous visitor and trend analyses. Apart from a group of regular customers, many visit us only once every few years. Only by being able to analyse over a longer period of time can we chart visitor analyses and trends.

Intellectual property rights

The contents of this site, including trademarks, logos, drawings, data, product or company names, texts, images, etc. are protected by intellectual rights and belong to Mrs Jules Dhondt-Dhaenens Foundation or entitled third parties.
